!! He forgot a country, Macedonia 🇲🇰, they have their own tag MAC so they should be in the video. They can't core any additional states besides Macedonia, the starting state. Although I remember that in the past they had a core or at least a claim on Central Macedonia(a state in Greece). It is also possible for MAC to core the states of central macedonia and thrace via IMRO decisions if Bulgaria does the support IMRO focus, but Sejozwak mentioned that he won't count that trick in these maximum core population videos. Edit: he also forgot Madagascar 🇲🇬.

For Manchuria, you can also increase your population by performing the focus "reception of Japanese citizens" or something similar. Also, the focus of the "Manchurian Project" in Japan is increasing the population in some provinces of Manchukuo, as far as I remember.
