Also on the bench it was 10kg jumps and when he was about to hit a pr he jumps 15kg!? ... the last jump should never be higher than all those before. And on the squat after seeing the 80kg there was no way he should have attempted 100kg. ... Just want to say as a registered child psychologist that Max frequently looks confused and always looking to please his father, in a very obedient way. After every lift Eddie has to put a little feedback in there. Be careful you aren’t forcing your own interests on a vulnerable mind and creating him impossible standards of self worth which can only be reached by pleasing his father. I’m sure there are many activities to bond with a child such as playing football, swimming etc. I’ll get hate for this, but it’s what 99% of people are thinking and don’t have the balls to say. I have my own children, and I let them express who they are and I guide them and mentor them in their own interests, rather than pushing my own on them. In any case, let’s hope lovely Max grows up with more humility and less arrogance than his father. Max, you are good enough as you are.

being a good athlete doesn't mean you are a good coach. This is why the top athletes get the top coaches to help them You cannot justify bad form simply because "his dad is the beast" and he won WSM so he knows what he's doing... By that logic I cannot critique anything unless I'm a top athlete. Also it would be fine for Michael Phelps to throw a toddler in the deep end because he's the greatest swimmer of all time so knows what he's doing.... Eddie really needs to stop this bad form before an injury happens. Imagine getting chronic pain for life in your teenage years from ego lifting to impress your dad. Likewise Eddie needs to think on this too. Imagine your child getting injured and you had a good chance to prevent it. Yes he's strong but the forms bad and that means a big injury risk. If it was any other person people would pounce to point it out

I’m sorry Eddy but you’re kid is rounding his back and not following proper technique because its to heavy for him If he keeps doing this he will definitely injure himself and never reach his full potential Stop pushing him to pick up more than he can handle. You should know that this takes years to perfect and build strength but all this takes proper technique I know that you will roll your eyes. Step back and reevaluate yourself and take a step back and help your kid not hurt himself

Rounding your back is how you should deadlift, stop being a glassback. Injuries happen because you never deadlift with a rounded back and when you do, your back is not ready for it.

This is never right. Single rep maximums with big weights, poor form, unrealistic jumps, and just 11 years old. I've seen youngsters attempt daft stuff in the gym before, but not under the supervision of someone who should know better. The lad already has a bad back and arm and he's attempting silly lifts to no good purpose other than to get KZbin views. Hopefully this doesn't end really badly.

Kudos to you Mx Beat Jr! Ber careful of your back. Give it rest when needed. I use to carry and pick up 500 plus ponds in the work I did as a young man. I hurt my back and continue to work though the pain. I had to because it was my work. Today my back is full of arthritis and I now have a deep brain stimulator in my lower back to help me walk and keep the pain down.

Big difference from last time i saw Max 5 months ago in the 555+ pounds video. slimmer and way more strength. Also taller Eddie is around 6'2 6'3, Max might be 5'8 now which is also very impressive. He might even hit a 200kg deadlift before 14 considering he is maturing and lifting progressively. Amazing numbers for a 11 years old, keep going strong! Big support from Romania.

@@bigpig88 No he does actually have a mutation in his MTSN gene, which is the hercules gene.
