There’s a problem I think with balancing Bones with his traps. It’s hard because you don’t want to make them detonate faster, because they’re unavoidable, but at their current state they’re very lackluster. With that, what would be the point of boosting damage if they can just avoid the traps so easily?

Pretty sad to see this game still cannibalize itself. Really pushing awkward or bad DLC for easy profit, before dipping into almost complete silence again. Game was a blast when it felt like it had such potential to be a decent main stay.

@ this game is not much of a blast due to the horrendous balancing and broken abilities. Then the Rush Week mode became an instant bore after a week. People figured out how to abuse Johnny so much, the chances of having a clean win is next to impossible. Unless you manage to get a team of idiots. This game was fun when they left things simple, instead they have pushed so many complex concepts because they ran out of ideas. Then these concepts keep breaking the game and causing more problems. lol.

@ You are right, I don’t play the game. Doesn’t mean I can’t keep up with its updates and watch an occasional KZbin video about it. Gave up when the devs clearly showed what they really cared about. When Nancy & Danny were released, the game was unplayable for 2 1/2 months. Instead of waiting and working on it, they rushed it and dipped for christmas break. Which caused many people to quit the game. I came back to it after a month of the devs returning. Enjoyed it for about 2 weeks, before realizing there is nothing to gain from the game. Players are atrocious, gameplay loop is boring, and certain characters still hijack the game. Not to mention, the horrendous microtransactions and DLC cost. That was enough to show majority of the player base that the devs truly don’t give a shit about the product and saw it as an IP cash cow. Continuing to have pay to win characters & almost borderline AI looking skins for the survivors. None of it shows passion or creativity. Then I joined back for Rush Week to check out the mode. Which lasted about a week and a half. Interesting concept, but once again, awful design and execution. Buggy, clunky, and another mode where certain things hijacked the experience. Preventing Rush Week from being anything great. The cinematic displayed exactly that. It once again showed the lack of passion the “new” devs have and felt like they would rather throw slop to the fanbase. Only because people keep begging for more and they think that could save the game. The game had massive potential to pull licenses from the entire franchise, giving us locations and characters that we love. Instead, they were too cheap to fight for those rights. Which is a shame because F13 did that perfectly. I’m a huge horror fan and like the franchise. As a gamer, the game sucks and isn’t worth wasting time on. As a fan of the franchise, it has a little bit to offer but nothing worth staying for. Especially, when the museum mode was laughably bad. Took 25-30 min to complete and you gain nothing from doing it. Not to mention the facts and artifacts they show off are nothing new or informative that we don’t know about the film already. At least Virtual Cabin had a long list of puzzles and a small little storyline to keep you hooked. With fans learning a lot about F13 as a franchise while doing it.

i cant get over the fact that u can now have 2 victims that can insta shut off objectives. it makes hands even more of a necessity. they nerf hands twice and then bring in wyatt with his lvl 3 ability🙄

I was family main and I haven’t played since August. All of the grappling made the game not enjoyable. I thought about coming back with this patch but I think I’ll stay away. Still fun to watch your streams though.

@ Hasn’t changed enough to matter. Still grapple simulator from what I’ve seen on live streams. With this new Wyatt fiasco, it looks like I made the correct decision to stay away.

If they don't completely take wyatts level 3 ability away, it's going to completely destroy the game.

Bones is a damn cheat code. Can literally do everything victims can, except of course...die. Really wish they'd followed in Friday the 13th footsteps and given victims the ability wield weapons to give us half a chance of fighting back. Bone shards are weak sauce. Second a co-ordinated family team rush basement, it's game over.
