The sad thing is,is that the devs had two groups working on both modes and Rush week is a good game mode but then completely ignored why we as a community wanted to play The Texas chainsaw massacre game,And it’s the main game,they didn’t say anything about the main game over than the weather and the new family member and victims.

Its so sad to see how fast GUN is ruining this gem. I had so much faith. This was the very first game I ever preordered, never wanted to with any other game. I really hope they can turn it around but with the people working on it i highly doubt it unfortunately. This is such a fun game. Honestly I believe if they hired the handful of people still doing vidoes on tcm and trying to actually support the game GUN could pull it off. You can listen to the community and play the game to make sure its still balanced and fun

Okay so I know it’s dumb but I play on pc (haven’t got the game yet) I only have 8gig ram the game needs 16 to play would it work still

Its crazy that they don't have the balancing of the game figured out yet and they create more problems than they fix. I want maps and some fog would be nice. I get it with the map packs but that is something i would pay for because there isn't anything else worth while to buy in my opinion. The different executions i guess if your someone who cares about it and play family that much its worth paying for. Wish they had different defensive stun packs tired of the ear pulling and the punch in the balls never gets old but would love to see a change. Although it will be less grappling for some once they update the grappling. I was excited for a new game mode until they put out rush week and it looks so bad i didn't even wanna play it. They could have introduced a new killer for that mode among other things.

Still no reason to ever return to this game.

My idea to the actual reason there not upping the level cap is because it would destroy the gameplay or menu we all know that when update comes out the game is a complete bug glitch fest and I really broken which shouldn’t have to problem if the devs were able to actually code game correctly where can have updates and wouldn’t break the game but saying this it is a small team so I get it’s difficult but it should’ve been good enough from the start to handle updates my fault if I blame shamed the devs I’m passionate about the game.want to see it coming back but I don’t see it coming sadly.

They can make endless cosmetics for $4.99 but cant raise the level cap and add a few as rewards... I'm glad I gave up on the game over a year ago.

It is what it is sadly. Time to move on. I just pray for the love of God that they pursue the shit out of Texas 2003 remake! Get Sheriff Hoyt and Erin as your new family member and victim. Get the Bubba skin of course! And just remake that version of the family house. Done! Now just go do it!!!!

TCM was so awesome. Especially when it launched. They worked way too hard on it to not make better business decisions.

I’m wishing they went about this in a totally different approach. Having a stream full of bad news and ending with news that nobody cares about was such a bad idea. The Maria and Rush Week cosmetic pack should’ve been announced via the stream with some gameplay clips AFTER the announcements. These guys have no idea what they’re doing. Knowing a little bit about the new map, family member, and victim would’ve been exciting as well. Even if we got an extremely short/vague teaser trailer. A simple update like “the map has been completed” would’ve been better than what they presented. Gun focuses too much on what they can’t do rather than what they can. If you can’t get the rights to TCM 2…fine. Focus on the new content and hype the players up for it in an interactive way. They could’ve even talked about the content pass and went over some questions/concerns. They seem to be very unmotivated, which is understandable with all of the hurdles. But my gosh, they could at least act like they still care. How are they knowingly aware of the “stay tuned” meme and still repeating it. LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKES GUN 🤦‍♀️.

If Wes says that he has had an ongoing debate and invite going for the licence holders of TCM 2,and that they just never showed to the table. Then i chose to believe him,what would he possibly gain by lying? I respect that he wanted to protect TCM from another F13th nightmare or worse. They could make a family member that is loosely based on Chop Top,like with what they did for several characters in F13th. I beg for them to go down the remake route,and from that team of licence holders,they might get The Beginning as well,wich would mean a TON of cool characters to work with. AND..... The Beginning is set to somewhat the same time as Connie,Julie,Danny are facing the family in. So in other words,very game lore friendly too. I still got faith in the devs,but my god its starting to drain on my patience. I find myself struggling to "buy into" whatever they are saying now,because Matt as a Connie main praised her outfit as f**king cool,and while her top was okay/good,the pants totally destroyed that entire outfit. So it was okay/likeable,but not in any means "f**king cool!". I would suggest to get a better anti cheat then EAC. Every game that runs EAC,has a ton of hacking happening,as the anti cheat doesnt detect anything. I tried to stay as positive as possible towards the stream,but when i analyzed afterwards,i realized why soo many are being dramatic about the game. Many medium/big streamers are even putting in theyr titles that they might look for other games to "main". Its rough,and it seems like they are still crap at taking constructive criticism,only thing they somewhat admittted to,was the damn addic pole for rush week. Without really being serious about it..... Sometimes it feels like they just dont even care. I hope they pull through,as i want TCM to be a thing for years to come. Thats why i tagged them after the stream,urging them to go for TCM 2003,and potentially get The Beginning (prequel) while they were at it.

Tcm2 content would've been something man, new character plus new map n the cosmetics but it's understandable they couldn't get the rights I wouldn't risk it cuz like F13. But I really hope they figure it out eventually but for now I just hope they can bring something for Halloween that we'll all enjoy so it doesn't keep going downhill. Fingers crossed guys hopefully we can see others in from the franchise. I don't really care for cosmetics tbh

IIIIIIII never knew there were legit sequels to texas chainsaw massacre. I also abstain from ultra gore. I even argued that they cucked themselves by choosing such a limited ip as with Jason in f13, what more can you do? I stand corrected there may be potential for expansion. I still say they would’ve had a better game and better control with an original ip using a tcm character license.

I like how they say that if something is gonna take a month or longer to add they don’t want to do even though they’ve moved to monthly updates?? Seems like they don’t want to take the time to add important things to the game that would make it thrive. Isn’t really a good look..

The biggest turn off was them saying that raising level cap was "too hard", and that it would "take too long"... THEN to say they instead prioritized Rush Week... that they couldn't even make a custom loading screen for and launched with lighting and sound issues. What is ruining this game is incompetence, laziness and greed.

Honestly the last game i buy from Gun. Ive been optimistic for 14 months and made excuse after excuse. But after receiving nutshot after nutshot from these charlatans. I'm done. What an immense shame because there was SO much potential there.

i heard a lot of people upset that sissy is so weak in the close encounters because she also has such low savagery, but i think they made her so weak in grapples because she has a whole build consisting of unique perks that directly punishes grappling

Solid vid guys. I’ve always been an advocate for more variety for asyms but honestly I’m at the point where I feel like we need to collectively agree that asyms just aren’t meant to be more than a game mode. In the last 10-15 years, we’ve literally had 20 titles come in and 18 of them just end up flopping.

These "business decisions" yall keep talking about is the reason why we need to boycott the game and uninstall. If they see their player count drop they might just get their shit together.
