Chef Massimo, when you make yourself another one, try to add some caramelized Banana all over the Pizza, like Pepperoni size, circular cuts, maybe 5mm thick. I truly believe you & your customers will LOVE it. Another kind for Dessert, you can do the same but add a few small scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream as well, mama mia!!! it will be aMMMaZZZiNNNg ... if you decide to try, let me know if you liked it.
