Dart pistol has been on the radar for a while as an incredible time saver, if you can get your hands on one. Even regular blowpipe saves time on Twins and Prime as a secondary weapon with hallowed repeater. In this run I got 1 crimson mimic by luck, and summoned a second one with 15 spare souls of night. I got the extra souls because in Set Order runs we use an afk soul farm so that we can sleep and speed up the gelatin crystal spawning. In moon lord runs you generally wouldn't craft a key like that.

Just a one-off. Usually if I don't spawn near tall trees I go looking for them. And instead of finding trees you might find a cave with wood inside chests, bombs to use on shorter trees, or a scarab bomb like that.

Did you consider killing Fishron before mech bosses? And if so, does the drops speed up the process of killing other bosses, or does it actually end up taking more time?

I've done a moon lord run where I killed fishron right after mechs, but it wasn't very practical. In a speedrun setting it's hard to get a weapon good enough for fishron early into hardmode.

Honestly i played since 2014 and didnt know theres bosses meant to be beat before skeletron. I always just did skeletron then the wall of flesh, and maybe the queen bee if i randomly found one while mining in hard mode. This time i went to the wall of flesh first then skeletron just to enter hard mode a little faster

great run :) i was wondering do you have any mouse delay or seem like the mouse is very floaty i have this problem and i dont know why any clue on how to fix it?

This seems like it might be a display issue. On most monitors there's a setting called overdrive which can reduce the input delay at the expense of "accuracy" in motion or something. I actually use a TV as a desktop monitor since recently, and i'm very familiar with the floaty mouse. I just had to enable the Game Optimiser picture preset to cut down the processing delay by like 5 times. It has subjectively worse image quality and lower contrast but it's optimal if I need to use my mouse.
