Thanks for the video, really. Today I am having a hard day, a lot o anxiety. And I started to realize a lot of issues that I have to deal with (like inside) and I panicked because in my mind I had to solve everything today. But in this video I realized that, I don't have to figure all of my life out in a day. So I decided to give time to myself and just keep trying to be the best version of my self. Max, I gotta know your opinion on the Netflix documentary "The Social Dilemma" I just watched it in school and want to know your opinion on whether society is in fact under transnational corporations influence and that society is heading for inevitable destruction due to algorithms getting smarter and smarter and trying to keep us on their platforms. I personally think we all just have to better regulate the time we spend online and fact check sources to avoid one-sided articles that come in our feed as an attempt by the algorithm to keep us on the platform by reassuring us that we are right. Does that make sense? I guess what I really want to know is how you feel you play in the grand scheme of this because as a KZbinr you rely on algorithms to reach a wider audience. However, I feel you bring a positive influence to people so I think I just answered my own question... 😅 honestly I just want to know your takeaway from the documentary because it is extremely powerful and I want to know your "optimistic" perspective of the situation. Because children are become increasingly exposed to these tools which has caused suicide rates to increase due to the detrimental effects of social media on teenagers' mental health. I personally look around in High School and see countless teens spending time on Snapchat wasting their time away on their phones. I think I am writing this paragraph more for myself at this point... haha 😅 but if you read this I would much like to hear your take away on the situation. 🙏🙏🙏 great video as always and cheers to an optimistic way of living dude.
