Laleh is so talented. Already on her first album she basically did everything by herself, from songwriting to recording and production, and she played most of the instruments. I saw her at a small festival when she was young, an unforgettable event. E-Type is somewhat of her opposite, a eurodance legend. He, NaNa (the female singer) and the dancer performed for us kids in a small town in the mid 90’s, unforgettable in another way.

I was one of the ones that gave you the suggestion of Laleh and I was pretty sure you would love her! She is an amazing songwriter too, she has created both “Colors” and “Some Die Young” for example, the last one has been performed at the memorial of Utøya, a massacre perpetrated by one very evil and vile man in Norway.

You absolutely need to do a reaction to one of her own songs. When the terror attack in Oslo and at Utøa happened in 2011 killing 77 people most of then children and young adults. Laleh’s song “some die young” became forever a song associated with the attack and all the young lives lost. Laleh has had a really difficult life in some ways. She lost both her mother and father when she was young and later also her brother. So the song is written about her own loss but it became a song who consoled so many people after the most unthinkable happened. Laleh is an amazing singer, songwriter and producer.. since 2022 she also has her own label Laleh says “If it is not possible to change other people's organizations or companies, then you start your own!” She is super cool and so so musically talented!
