Adam Lambert truly believes "The Show Must Go On" since he has been cast the Emcee, which is one of the leads in Cabaret on Broadway and will be performing from September 16th 2024 until the end of March 2025. If you want to see him live, you need to check your tickets before you buy them to see who is perfrorming, since for some matinees and evenings his understudy will be on insead of Adam. He's actually better in person than on stage, I saw him The Venetian in Vegas singing his own song, he was amazing. I can't wait to see hm on Broadway. Thank you for your beautiful review.

Adam's tone and power make this the rock song that it is. He has so many different colors in his voice that he uses throughout the song. Simple beautiful.

I have seen him with Queen and there have been nights THE SHOW MUST GO ON was taken out of that particular show. That is how hard it is to sing live.

that's not even the best live version I've heard of him singing this. He was actually conserving some of his vocals here which he does if he's doing back to back gigs so that he can last well. For example that last bit he often starts at a low octave and scales up to high note with "shoooooowwww must go on" which he didnt do here

Probably, but I think this is primarily a place to discuss Adam's skills and why the writer of this song has toured with him for over a decade as the band's lead singer, calling him a Gift from God...

Dimash’s version is an interesting, different approach to the song. However, Freddie and Queen are in Adam’s bones, heart, and soul now. He also has a true rocker’s voice, which coupled with his professional training and innate abilities, bring this song its poignant, muscular, and ultimately generous nature. Brian asked Freddie’s permission before he wrote the song, and Freddie selflessly gave it, even to the point of being near death but singing the song one time, never in public. Adam knows it and honors it.
