Every rep was full extension, hands were a respectable with (not too wide), no sway until rep 43 or 44 - then a few more after that, never let go of the bar. This takes a LOT of dedication. I've been doing pull-ups for 20 years and can only get 39. You made that look easy. Good job!

@@WO19939 have you tried doing pullups wearing a backpack with a dumbell or weight plate? I have a routine of 50 pullups 100 pushups in under 5 minutes tried with 25 pounds on my back. Have some gloves coming tomorrow so I can do stuff like that more often without damaging my hands & expanding these deep calluses I have.

Max is so used to doing muscleups that he twists his wrists even when doing pullups!
@OfficialPullup6 жыл бұрын
Along with being the best lat-builder in existence, pull-ups also work a lot of other muscles surrounding the scapulae and pelvis. Furthermore, if you control the amount of anterior pelvic tilt exhibited during the pull-up by bracing the abs, it's also an incredible low-ab exercise, and the elbow flexors get worked considerably during pull-ups as well. The lats are often-overlooked spinal stabilizers, and strengthening them can lead to higher squat and deadlift numbers due to increased core-stability. Not to mention any smart powerlifter will tell you the lats are responsible for the initial bench press range of motion off the chest. (Bret Contreras)

@adriankovacs41336 ай бұрын
They train for it specifically, muscle endurance for pull-ups, they specialize in the movement, he also might be taking PEDs(not out of the question, and judging by the way he looks probably is taking), he has good genetics for it. If you take all of that into a count, it is not that unreasonable. Any time someone is ahead of you, it is always due to these factors. So whenever you feel bad about yourself, just remember that you are doing YOUR best, and you are amazing! The only reason people have differences in performance is because they put the hard and smart work in consistently for 5-10+ years most times, they are using drugs, they have good genetics, and usually it is all of those three combined!
