Set them flat on the rim on a top down 5 gallon bucket and then you can push down with 2 knees and one hand while airing with the other hand. Works like a charm

i find it handy, especially with beadlocks to push the wheel in the the opposite direction as the rear bead to help get the bead to seat. works most of the time, especially if the tire was banded down during shipment

Yamaha Offers the Big Horn 2.0 in 8 ply. Exclusive to Yamaha is what I hear... Standard on the YXZ 3.5 lbs at each corner is a lot more weight on these SXS... starting and stopping. Pretty tire.

We will be spending this weekend on the trails. From the road riding, we have done acceleration seems the same but there is a noticeable roll on braking. The small amount of weight added is noticeable when stopping.

I like those tires Can I mount those tires on the stock rims on a XDS I know the back rim is 8 in and the front rims are 7. Do you think there will be any kind of clearance issue with the back end thank you

You will not have any issue with the 8-inch wide rim.

HI...if i run those exact same tires with bead locks with only 6 or 7 psi instead of the recommanded 14 psi will that harm the tire ..rendering the steel belt inside more flexable thus weakening it

Could you please give the actual height and width of these 30x10x14's as they sit on the machine, maxxis usually run small. Thanks

29-1/4 to the outside edge of the tire and 29-1/2 to the top. That is after 1,200 miles.

I've had bad luck putting different tires on my stock beadlocks. I've blown 2 beads on the trails. What are your thoughts of this tire on a non beadlock rim?
@wrenchesrides5 жыл бұрын
They will work fine on either a beadlock or non-beadlock rim.

Great video guys! I am wondering after watching your other video which tires do you like better for Michigan ridding, the Maxxis carnivores or the STI x comp ATR in a 32”? Or recommend? I have a can am X3 RS
@wrenchesrides4 жыл бұрын
Carnivores rock! They are soft and wear pretty fast. STI XComps were amazing, but heavy. If I was in for speed, i would go with the Carnivore. If I did not care and wanted the longest lasting tires, XComp.

Gotcha. If we played with normal tires that would be worth it. With beadlocks, we only have to get one side of the bead sealed and it is not that hard. With two people, there is no struggle.
