I will second that for the RAZR AT811. Just done 2 weeks and just over 3600km round the South Island with plenty of tarmac travel and off road, mud, river bed and gravel road surfaces seen. Very quiet. Even quieter than the cheap brand of HT that were on when I got the truck. Had a great time thanks to these tyres. Skippers canyon was muddy as. Aired down to 20psi and was away happily.

I am in the process of swapping all the work vehicles onto the Falken Wildpeaks. After running AT's in Summer and MT's in Winter I thought there must be a better option. A Mid range AT's I have found to be perfect. Grip off road and on road for a nice balanced Overland vehicle. You gotta buy a tyre for what you drive, those guys on muds and 20" rims that never leave the pavement are pointless and worse haha
@OverlandNZTV3 жыл бұрын
The Falken is similar to the RAZR AT from what I've seen - they're more of a rugged terrain than all terrain - and seem to go well on most surfaces! Ha ha ha - I don't understand the 20" MT look - all of the downsides of an MT without making the most of what they can do - but I guess some people just love the look!

@OverlandNZTV2 жыл бұрын
I haven’t run the Wildpeak - but the RAZR has a marginally more aggressive tread pattern, so I’d assume it’s a little louder. Any LT tyre is going to be a lot stiffer than a standard tyre which is worth keeping in mind in terms of comfort I’ve put around 40,000kms on the RAZR now, has gotten a little louder as you’d expect - but they still perform well and do the trick.
