Nope. Ian took a paternity test, he's Ian's.

Ian had a vasectomy, but you can still father a child within the first 3 months of having a vasectomy. So it turns out Ian did in fact get Laura pregnant with Bobby not long after his vasectomy. It was just an unfortunate coincidence that Laura fell pregnant with Bobby from Ian at round about the same time/month she had a drunken one night stand with Gary. So since Ian didn’t know the full facts of a Vasectomy and of the aftermath of the surgery, he was so convinced Bobby was Gary’s child. He really should have done his research and DNA test before treating Laura and Bobby so horribly.
