I have been using the Bioderma UV mist since last year and it is not feeling tight on my skin, but my skin is normal to combination, so maybe that is the reason. I use it mainly for touch-ups throughout the day though, like you said, and not as my first SPF in the morning.

I don't have much money for my beauty passion so when you try something and are impressed, even if it's expensive I will more often than not. buy it. simply because in my view, it's money well spent. I will definitely be getting the bioderma spray - what a brilliant idea! the weather we have been having lately altho I put spf on in the morning - if I'm lucky enough to be invited to a garden pub lunch I'm always thinking - ooh could do with some more spf and the spray will be ideal. again. thank you for sharing x

I love the idea of the Bioderma spray. I've been looking for something like that for about 2 years now. I don't like to wear a dedicated SPF under make up I prefer to use a moisturiser with SPF 20/30 and that's fine most of the time but in summer I'm worried it's not enough because I'm not reapplying. I tried to get hold of the Coola setting spray with SPF but you can't get it in the UK. When I went to the site the Bioderma one was already sold out so I've ordered the La Roche Posay one instead. It's a higher SPF and a bigger can for the same price. Not that I need SPF 50 in Scotland but I like having some kind of spray with me to take away the powdery look after I reapply powder so it might as well serve multiple purposes.

I really enjoy your videos, Ruth. I recently stocked up on that Bioderma spray; I find it a bit sticky but as a product it's totally needed here in Barcelona! I do have one point of, hopefully constructive, criticism: occasionally you will sum up a product by saying it's "great" or "nice" or "crappy", etc. It's always more helpful when your verdicts are more precise (ie, it's nice *because*...). Just a suggestion! Cheers!

I have the Lola dress and it is amazing, however, if you are not the kind of a person that enjoys high dry cleaning bill and washes by hand where possible, this one is very hard to iron. But I get lots of compliments on it. :)

Good morning Ruth. Have you tried Ultra Sun SPF? I use the 50+ with anti-pigmentation and wow, wow, wow! It's a once a day, yes, once a day application. I was out all day yesterday in the lovely sunshine and woke up this morning with a lovely natural glow and no burn!!! I have fair skin with warm undertones and unfortunately, last year after a lovely holiday to Turkey, I bough back hyper pigmentation with me. It's a great product line and it's packed with anti-ageing properties too. Love it. Enjoy your bank holiday Monday.

Me too but was disappointed as it takes for ever for the skin to absor!b it and you can't rub it to get the right protection . Plus it stings my eyes so bad unfortunately :-(

Coola do an SPF 30 makeup setting spray that is 70% organic downside is that its not easy to get hold of here in UK as its a USA product... but one can could last our summer as its always cloudy here!!!! grrr.. But Peter Thomas Roth does an SPF powder that comes with the brush attached so easy to re-apply over makeup. They also do one with salicylic acid in it, handy if the sun brings all your spots to the surface as this happens with me.

You were cracking me up in this video, as usual. I love the idea of the Bioderma spray but it's not working for me: I find it so sticky, my eyebrows feel like they have glue on and I have to protect my clothes, or they get sticky too. So I'm using it in my hands when I go out for quick errands.

I was thinking about this Bioderma stuff a lot. This is a great idea, but I have combo skin, so thought it can make me feel greasy. I wouldn't use this on the beach, just in the city. So I'm not sure if my bb cream will still look okay if i spray this and then use some blotting paper. And repeat that. Can you tell us more about this mist? Background is absolutely okay, by the way!

I bought the Bare Minerals powder duo and was very unimpressed with the matte powder. Doesn't pick up well on my brush. The highlighter is better. But disappointed overall. Cheaper brands do better! Of course Hourglass is fab if you can afford it!
