One year I decided to grow corn in 3 huge containers for shade and I figured any corn, I’d feed the deer. It was the best and sweetest corn ever!

Hey- yall okay? We had a nasty storm and the neighborhood swears there was a tornado… at best we had straight line. Think everyone in the neighborhood is fine. Our fence is leaning and we now have a trampoline that wasn’t there this morning. 😂 Tornado siren never fun to be woken up by. Lost power for 3 hours. My husband is traveling and all he could do was watch Doppler. Wild to see dozens of old trees snapped like toothpicks.

We are fine!. We definitely have some trees down. The wind was insane. I'm glad yall are ok and just have a leaning fence after all that. I'm sorry your husband wasn't there with you at the time, very scary. Crazy all the rain we have been getting this year. Hope you guys stay safe during future storms.

Nice garden tour! Thanks for sharing it with us. Have you tried putting cinnamon powder out to get the ants out of your beds? They don’t like cinnamon and will vacate the space.

@@lindseymakes5364 - it does… just be aware that the cinnamon just makes them relocate (getting them out of the garden bed or flower pot).
