I hope you don't regret anything. Your body of work is amazing. You have helped so many people, so many animals, and the planet so much! You are a highly sensitive and conscientious person, and I feel sad that others' comments bother you so much, but it seems like you have figured out a way to manage it. Thank you for all you do.

While I do enjoy some cooking demos, I'm with you 100% Chef AJ - I enjoy the doctor interviews the most! Oh and I must say you are looking pretty cool with that olive sleeveless shirt! xo

Silicon dioxide SiO2 is also called silica or quartz. It is primarily used as a thickener in foods and pharmaceuticals. It should not be inhaled as that will lead to inflammation of the lung tissue.

Thanks for all the great content that you bring to us. But I must admit that when I see episodes that are so a very long, greater than an hour. I just pass them by. I would be much more inclined to watch presentations that are about 30 minutes long.. Does anyone else feel the same?

Julie Griffin almost all the interviews are an hour. My weekly Wednesday show is less than 15 minutes. I can only do this once a month and I don’t like to ignore people’s questions

The hour goes by fast!! 😊 As an aside, if I eat whole plant based foods, I can get in touch with my natural hunger and fullness signals so much easier. Unhealthy food does not do that.
