Well, I'm glad An Unkindness of Ghosts is at least a short one! Sounds like you've got a lot on your plate. Don't hesitate to let this one slip to June if you run out of time. In May I will be continuing and finishing the Rain Wilds Chronicles... currently about 100 pages in to Dragon Haven. After that I plan on reading the Licanius trilogy by James Islington. I also want to get to the Way of Edan and maybe purchase and read The Book That Wouldn't Burn by Mark Lawrence. We'll see how May goes! My entire TBR is endlessly long!!!

I need to give Tad Willams a go one of these days. But I’m too stacked to join in on this read. Have a good trip! Every time I’ve flown out of the country I’ve packed my bag with books and then ignored them to watch garbage movies on the tiny screen 🤦🏻‍♂️

Sounds like an awesome month ahead, Jordan. Hope you enjoy Japan! Of the 4 RR books I've read, unpopular opinion but Iron Gold might be my favourite. I haven't read Dark Age yet but i just finished my re-read of the first book so i think I'll be able to get to Golden Son and Morning Star as soon as I'm done with my current reads. I finished Dragonbone Chair in March and really enjoyed it but Book 2 isnt much shorter so I'm putting space between each book.😂 Williams' writing is very reminiscent of Hobb and Kay for me which is always a win. Hope you enjoy MoI, it has some of my favourite moments in the series. Since i didnt finish these in April im carrying them over into May but I'm still reading: *Fantasy* Age of Ash / Daniel Abraham *Grimdark Fantasy* Black Company / Glen Cook (re-read) Empire of the Vampire / Jay Kristoff *Steampunk Fantasy* Empire of Black & Gold / Adrian Tchaikovsky

I hope you going to like The Dragonbone Chair. It's one of my favorites, but this book is sooooooo slow and the first 200 pages are kind of boring. Still Simon is a great and relatable character :) the second book is better than the first :)
