@PrincessandtheBear Agreed! I was recently at a restaurant that served multiple vegan options and had them clearly marked on the menu. It was very refreshing, and I got to enjoy a delicious vegan flatbread!

Mexican food my beloved. And them cutting up the quesadilla like that is so smart. I always struggle to eat them for whatever reason (they are just a bit awkward to eat), and with them cut that way is just... so much easier.

Totally agree! These were 3 bite squares. They reheated in the oven the next day perfectly. It was like we were back in the restaurant during lunch.

Awesome review as always! Never been here, but, actually, the last time I was at Disney, my best friend and I stayed at Coronado! I'm blanking on the name because it was in 2019, but we had breakfast at the area where they have quick service options there.

We always stay at ASM and have 3 resort days. I'll be back the last week of February. I'm going to go try out some of the restaurants at Coranado this time since it's literally right there. 2 trips ago our bus broke down and had to pull into Coronado.. I wanted to just get off and go walk around Coronado Springs but we weren't allowed to.

So many reasons to stay at this resort, oh my goodness. I will next visit. Do you know by any chance if El Mercado offers vegan breakfast stuff? Nothing on the menu. I am assuming GF waffles at least or just go to the Rix?

If it's not on menu, executive chef Josh said they'll care for you. If you let them know you're vegan, they'll bring a chef out to take care of you. They work across all Las Palmas restaurants on that floor so they roam.
