As a training vet nurse I can not CAN NOT fault anything about this sanctuary one of the best sanctuaries I’ve ever seen abides by the 5 freedoms and domains (search them up if you’re interested in animal welfare) keeps all the animals separated that need to be separated, gives the emu a pool to swim in, they love water. I’m going to show this to my lecturers as an example of good animal husbandry so they can show their students that come after me. Love from Australia

I tell people that parrots are an excellent pet if you want a flying toddler who lives 15~70 years, has wire cutters on their face, and is so intelligent you have to plan your entire life around them to prevent depression. Their biggest expense aside from food is toys and you will be replacing every individual toy within about a month, and they need a lot of them I have four (3 green cheeks and a canary wing), and you can *feel* the screams on your eardrums

Hello Maya! I hope you're doing well. You may never see this. I don't know if you saw the lastest video of Save A Fox yesterday, they're currently trying to buy out a fox farm by November 1st to save 500 foxes. If they cannot do it, they will be pelted. I know you already have 2 foxes. I don't know if you may be in contact with Mikayla and Ethan already. I'm just saying this, but if they manage to raise enough funds, I don't know if your sanctuary would be in a position to take in a fox? No pressure, obviously, you already have a lot on your plate. I'd just love my 2 favorite sanctuaries to work together. Anyway, as always, this is a great video. Thank you for everything that you do and how you help animals every day.

Any Aussies that are asking, "Quolls are wild animals that have not been domesticated. While some individuals may be raised in captivity for conservation or research purposes, they are not suitable as pets. Quolls are known for their wild instincts and behaviors, making them difficult to tame and care for in a domestic setting. Quolls are fascinating creatures with unique characteristics and behaviors. They are nocturnal, meaning they are most active at night, and they are skilled hunters, preying on small mammals, birds, reptiles, and insects. Quolls are also known for their distinctive markings and their powerful jaws. However, despite their intriguing nature, quolls remain wild animals that are best observed and appreciated in their natural habitat. There have been some discussions and research into the possibility of domesticating quolls, but this is still a long way off and would require significant effort and time. Domestication is a complex process that involves selective breeding over many generations to change the behavior and physiology of an animal to make it more suitable for living with humans. Quolls have not undergone this process, and they retain their wild instincts and behaviors. While some individuals may have positive experiences with quolls raised in captivity, it is important to remember that these animals are not domesticated and should not be treated as pets. Quolls require specialized care and attention, and they may pose risks to human health and safety. It is best to admire quolls from a distance and support conservation efforts to protect their populations in the wild."
