Thank you for the video. It's nice to remember that sometimes we can choose ourselves if we want to rush things or let things slow down. I guess everybody is far too used to get what they ask for immmediately. Or to do things right away when they get an idea. That we don't have to join the fast-paced race but can also just choose to step to the side and go with a more relaxed pace, is something many people seem to foget quiet often. Best wishes from europe

Visited Japan last March to film one of our TV show episode and the seafood there is so fresh, the fish probably still have water in their gills. Hopefully, I'm banking of chance of getting my travel dart land for the second time here in Japan.

I feel like that first ramen spot was a tourist trap - the butter and corn ramen isn't an actual Hokkaido specialty; their tonkotsu miso ramen is. The noodles also looked like instant noodles. However, everything else looked pretty decent.

It’s crazy to see how inexpensive a lot of things are in Japan! I guess except the fruit 😅 Do you know how people in Japan are able to navigate food allergies in Japan? I know a lot of places have set menus but are there ways to ensure that certain allergens are excluded in some places? Thank you!
