You know there's going to be a madhouse with insurance claims in Yammy's case. Medical, vehicle, etc. I've worked in industries which serve insurance companies as clients and talked to people there from receptionists to executives, and officially if you're in an auto crash NEVER admit fault, no matter how clear-cut the incident seems to be. Check your auto insurance policy/paperwork; that will be in there somewhere. This is probably why he's not admitting fault or saying sorry -- he's legally obligated not to. All the people who insist on calling him out on this... just a dick move.
