Beautiful truck Andy ! Saw the title and really didn’t want to watch it . Honestly it makes me sad ! From out here in BC.. We tried to order one last Low Bed truck.. KW dealer here said no more , production ceased. T800 been the heavy haul workhorse for years. The new T880s just don’t replace it , they get rattled to pieces on the logging roads, there a highway truck. T800 is such a great truck ! Can be whatever you need it to be. Timeless classic

That battery box is really interesting. Would love to see a video going over more detail on it. I’ve been wanting to do something similar for a battery APU setup without taking up precious frame rail space. Were you able to order without a battery box outside?

What's the appeal of ordering Extenal Air Cleaners on the T800s besides aesthetic reasons? How much of a practical purpose do external air cleaners serve? Are the wide hood and High hoods that important for their applications?

I like the watch. Really liking the Kenworth trucks. I really hope the carrier I go to work for will have Kenworths. The last time I drove a truck it was a piece of junk Mac truck and I always wanted a new Kenworth. I used to think Peterbilt was the best but it seems like Kenworth is the top one now. The interior on the Kenworths seem like they have surpassed Peterbilt. I like the old school interior better than the digital but definitely like the new technology of the automated transmissions. I am curious about the differences in engines. Would be an interesting video if you went into differences in engines as I have heard the Cummins Detroit and Cat engines are better than the Paccor engine. Nice job see a proper engine on this build

Great looking truck. One small thing in my opinion that could be improved is the steps up onto the back. Don’t bolt them over stickers 👍🏼

Isn’t too much of a stretch seeing as the w900 was axed, the T800/W900 seem to have been replaced by the T880/W990. It seemed very odd to me that Kenworth would continue to manufacture those next gen trucks alongside the previous generation. End of an iconic duo of trucks 😔

This might be his last 2022 model but I read they are still offering it to people who want it but they want people to get the T880 which has more room and features then the 800.

Most remarkable semi tractor I saw was a 1000 hp. Can/over Mercedes automatic. 12-16 mph. Because of horsepower/automatic engine worked less better mileage. Shelf steering very nice when you are tired. Expensive truck. Cab/overs are coming back. Less wght. Better mileage. Great view inside cab. Very comfortable smooth riding.
