Maybe it was a good video Can I may be right? Maybe, I am, but... Could I may be wrong? Maybe, I'm not sure... Or maybe I just want to say: I've loved it!
@WoodwardEnglish5 жыл бұрын
Just so you know, we don't have two modal verbs in the same sentence/question. * Can I be right? (or even better just: Am I right?) * Could I be wrong?

Despite of rain fallen yesterday, my car is dirty this morning. What a strange! Maybe, rain was a mixture of water and sand, due to strong southerly winds which are bringing with them a lot of grains of sand from Libyan desert. Since it might rain again, I’ve decided to leave it dirty for now.

In the sentence the word " absent" is an adjective which is not correct, it should be " absence " ... he may be absence from work.
@WoodwardEnglish5 жыл бұрын
Sorry, but it IS correct. You need an adjective here... absent (from…) (adjective) not in a place because of illness, etc. e.g. to be absent from work absence (noun) See here: www.oxfordlearnersdictionaries.com/definition/english/absent_1 Another example to show you why an adjective is used... I may be BUSY later. Here we use the adjective BUSY and not the noun BUSYNESS.

The definition of "maybe" is "that word that Ankhara overuses so much it annoys her friends a little".
