Nope, I am Mac NC 25, and I can't even find a shade light enough for me with the right undertones. They only brought in shades to cater to medium skin tones, which is horrible. Not every Indian is of medium skin tone.

You never get flashbacks with loose powder, you only get it with some translucent powders which are basically white/whitish in color.
