Elf halo glow doesn’t offer much coverage but gives a beautiful glow! If you want more coverage go for this! This does add a slight bit of glow!

I dont think I have tried the Indian version with black cap. But from the other two I prefer the skin tint that I have reviewed in this video! Lovely finish, perfect amount of coverage!

It is not water based. I do see dimethicone in the list of ingredients. I have dry skin at the moment. Not sure how it would look on oily skin. And it doesn’t oxidize on me!
