Terrible customer service. I ordered during a buy one get one free promotion, they sent me only one, and only after three emails did they get back to me to ask me to take a photo of the original mailer - which I had thrown out of course, since who keeps trash in their house? - and they either thought I was lying or it was their intention to scam all along.
