I'm impressed at how these guys handle the fish. Not all the anglers on KZbin are that gentle with these beautiful creatures.

You produce the best trout fishing videos that I've seen. I love the variety of shots, with other wildlife mixed in. It certainly helps having a dedicated cameraman with great editing talents. Thanks for the continuing videos guys, I enjoy every one over and over and will so even more now that the snow has started in Western Pennsylvania.
@CarpeDiemFlyfishing9 жыл бұрын
+J Hutch Thanks J. Very happy to hear that you appreciate our videos. That's why we produce them. In Sweden it's just a matter of time when we get the first snowfall as well so the fishing is almost down at the moment. There will be a few more videos though in a couple of weeks. Look out for them :) Cheers /Krister & Martin

hello.. very nice video and river... when would nymphs themselves come in handy.. you should visit ireland for a fishing trip
@CarpeDiemFlyfishing9 жыл бұрын
+irish flyfisher Thanks Irish. Good to hear you like the video. Nymphs are always effective since the trout eat under the surface 90% of the time. But it's always nice to catch them on a dry fly so we normally go for that. Ireland would be nice to visit. Thanks for the invitation :) Cheers /Krister & Martin

Right, those where some great dags with my trusty Sage ZXL 490-4, fished with a Cortland #5 if I'm not mistaken. My feeling is that Cortland Lines are average to light in their respective class, many others are towards the upper limit or overwheight. Anyhow, the extra wheight helps in the close quarters of small to medium rivers.

The first trout: it looked exactly as in the other video called " trout drama"! Compair them, They both have this "dent" in side on the right part of the body, behind the top fin!
@CarpeDiemFlyfishing6 жыл бұрын
Well Olav, it's unlikely because they were caught on the same day and a couple of kilometers apart. Furthermore the trout in Big Trout Drama is a lot bigger. Good observation though :) Cheers
