Tim Try and reach out too kelvin when he returns from Saudi, he could definitely benefit from your discipline & training. Im a bartender/ student here in yuma , AZ. The dude was here like 8 or 9 days ago getting ham dogged at one of the bars down here ( Jimmy dees) pounding tequila shots, and absolutely destroying the taco truck outside with his group of enablers. Dude is an ox, looked atleast 220-230LBs. And had to make 170Lbs 7 days later, obviously your cross town rival MR puss N boots himself king Henry couldn't crack the kelvin code..I know you could have him back in the MW top ten within 6-9 months, I hate seeing wasted talent & potential not being fully utilized..God bless red hawk, can't wait until that gargoyle merab gets that much needed nose job by the suga show!

Tell Riggs a good way to wake up from sleep paralysis is to focus on rubbing your fingers together, it's the best way I've found to wake up from that weird semi-conscious state.

Marijuana can be a problem in many ways. You have to smoke it all day or else you have psychotic paranoid episodes. It stays in your system like you're married to it. when you decide to quit Drinking or other drugs might feel that void is best just really. Only now and then with marijuana.
