I think It’s just based on the different roles. Kaley’s role is the pretty girl whose dream is to be an actress and academically not very smart. (She has street smarts tho) The other two girls are supposed to be very academically intelligent girls, both with jobs in the science field, and also not too attractive. That’s why their looks get downplayed a lot in the show. When irl, they’re much prettier than their characters. It’s just the way the writers designed the characters.

Ludicrous. Anyone whose ever talked with him says otherwise. Larry King is often considered one of the best interviewers ever. Editors cut out the dead air and sometimes cut out part of the answers for pacing. It's just editing.

the FIRST time we watched the show was the bus pants episode....my husband started to laugh hysterically, my jaw dropped to the floor ...see...I have airplane pants...realized after two more episodes that Sheldon was actually my child, switched at birth with one of our boys...had to binge watch every episode up to then...and now watch 2 hours plus every night of reruns...to know there is someone , even if a fictional character, with the same OCDs as yourself is somehow liberating...and love love love Mayims videos

i really love these two but this guy's interviewing technique makes me really uncomfortable. it's just like he's putting them on edge, like he doesn't agree with any of their points (particularly Mayim's stuff about veganism, or attachment parenting, it just sounds like he's judging her) he just throws question after question at them, even if they haven't finished speaking just yet, and questions that are unrelated from the last one. doesn't feel natural or comfortable.

On the other hand, I think Bialik would still be answering the first question if he didn't interrupt occasionally. He kept having to redirect so that Rauch could get a few words in, and even then Bialik interrupts. they only have so long for the segment and MB's a talker who seems to think every question is dirēcted to her.

King is an absolute professional interviewer. He goes in to an interview with an agenda and to get from point A to point B, he has to direct the interviewer. He asked a few questions & follow ups that the pair obviously didn't know the answers to but all in all he kept the interview moving

I want to find out about what goes on on the set, behind-the-scenes stories, relationships between cast and crew, etc. What I don't want is the next season being spoiled by giving away the story, and I don't really care what the cast members think about China's political stance against American media. You can see that Larry King makes Mayim and Melissa feel awkward when asking them questions. I thought Larry was renowned in America for his interviews/TV shows!

From 2000 to 2015, I conducted background investigations for subjects wishing to obtain Top Secret clearances from the Government. At times, I had to interview former teachers and professors of subjects in the fields of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. Initially, I met professors who were real life Sheldons. They were extremely hard to establish a rapport. After a couple of years of interviewing such people, I began my interviews with a simple question: "Would you consider yourself a Sheldon or a Leonard?" That question, 90% of the time, would immediately establish the rapport as they were fans of the show and readily admitted they were nerds and geeks (as I was in school). The remaining 10% were the Sheldons (if you know what I mean).

The first time my partner said about me watching the Big Bang Theory, I asked what it was about. The first thing he said to me was the word science and as soon as I heard that, it didn't hold my interest. It was only when I probably saw him watching it and sat down with him I said it was really good. I liked the character of penny and so then we sat down and watched it from the beginning and from then on, I was hooked. We rewatch all the episodes again and again when we sit down for our evening meal, it never gets boring and we love it. Total fans of the show. Sheldon's funny. Penny's hot and totally awesome and you learn to love every single character. Xx
