I use Mayo as a treatment whenever my hair is really damaged. I lost a lot of curl definition when I over bleached my hair, and one treatment with Mayo brought back most of my curl definition. Just a note though, if you want the most out of it, I use at least 1 cup of Mayo on my shoulder length hair. So use 2 cupws if your hair is 3 inches or more below your shoulders. Great video. 💕💕🌈

I did this all the time when I was younger, hated the smell, but my mom made me do it! She always knew best and my curls be poppin! A few words of advice, start with really wet hair, ring it out, and apply liberally. Massage into scalp and word your way down into the ends. Ad a lot to the ends and to the scalp, that’s where the most needs work. The middle needs attention as well, but not as much. Rinse after a couple hours. Hope this helped! 😘😉

STORYTIME: I went to an elementary school on the rough side of town so I got lice a few times. My hair was long and fine and dry so my mom wanted to minimise the damage so we used a gentler delousing shampoo and she combed though with a nit comb...and then she saw a louse. We bought a stronger shampoo, nit combed...lice again. She didn't want to go with the strongest one because she thought it would destroy my hair so we tried this home remedy: slather mayo everywhere and put a shower cap on for an hour. This is supposed to smother them. It worked!! And bonus the mayo repaired some of the damage from the harsh shampoos!! I used low fat mayo (Washed out better than regular) as a mask for a few years and it was always great!
