HOA for a co-op 1BR apartment in Queens was $460 in 2019. Now it's $870 plus a $350 monthly assessment. Meanwhile, illegals get a $1k debit card monthly and an extra $360 for each child WEEKLY. Last summer there were 500 a week new arrivals, and in the winter 1000. The last week Adams said about 1300 illegals a week coming into the city.
