Mayor Ras J. Baraka's Landlord Engagement and Recruitment Meeting

On October 23, 2023, The City of Newark, Newark People’s Assembly and Office of Homeless Services in partnership with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development , and Newark Housing Authority , invite you to Join Mayor Baraka for an event focused on opportunities to do business with the city to increase access to housing.
Topics including Housing Vouchers, Rental Assistance Programs, New Landlord Incentives, How to Collaborate to Increase Access to Apartments for Newark Residents and more were discussed and landlords were given the opportunity to meet with many of Newark's offices, departments, and partners who work to create more equitable and market-rate housing in Newark.
