Well turner, Houston sure doesn't feel safe. It might not be the most dangerous but if it isn't I can't imagine what is. I'm scared to even stare at someone at a stop light or put my groceries in the car. I don't go to banks anymore. I don't carry a purse anymore. I don't send my kids on the bus and I'm scared to even put gas. I don't go out past 8pm alone. Life sure doesn't feel like it once did.

Dr. Young certainly expressed an opinion, backed up by facts that Houston has seen rises in crime, and some policies that may have opened the door to the bad actors having more opportunities to act badly, however, no names are passed along as to which "BUMS" need to be put out of office. In short, close, but not an observable offense. Not based on the snippet-it reported in the newscast anyway...
