How much liters per 100 km is the average fuel consumption of this 120 hp mazda when driving with 140 km/h?
@itsmylife4fucksake5 жыл бұрын
i have one mine average is 6.7, with heavy city driveing 80-90% not smashing throtle ofc. 140kmh 5.5-6l 100km in6th gear depending on altitude. Also of humidity as it is a NA engine. But seriously in 5th 80kmh under 4.8 always steady throttle. And in 6th also same on 100kmh under 5 always if you keep it steady. on climbs depends of climb but in 5th 90kmh 8-10l. 6th 110-120 it is same from 8 to 10l per 100km

Makes you appreciate European downsized engines which actually have torque to move the car and don't sound like vacuum cleaners every time you want to accelerate even a little bit. The 1.5 TSI engine in the Golf for example is a masterpiece compared to these engines.

TUTSİKİ KOYAMA This only is a 120hp car. What do you expect?
@weedmastersr6 жыл бұрын
What does it matter what displacement it has?
@weedmastersr6 жыл бұрын
Yeah, through adding an unreliable turbo. Let's see, VW TSI engine, a total failure, Renault 1.2 Turbo failure, Ford Ecoboost catches fire. All downsized engines either have terrible reliability or other major issues. Plus, NA engines are better, lighter, simpler and offer instant acceleration response. It's fine to use turbos in some sports car, but in small SUV, a reliable naturally aspirated engine is much better.
@anfahrt6 жыл бұрын
Yes that's totally true Protector. Maybe the downsizers have more power but they don't even reach 100tkm without major issues, often even a total engine failure which needs an engine replacement. I am a huge Renault fan and work in a Renault shop. I honnestly have to say, the newer 0.9 tce and 1.2 tce engines are catastrophic engines. They have major issues with their timing chains and the 1.2 is badly known for internal polution problems, turbo break downs. We had customers for whom we had to change to whole engine at 40tkms. VW the same with the TSI engines, Opel the same with their new 3 cilinder engines. These down size engines they are completely worn out at 100tkm sometimes even earlier because they have to work too hard for what they are. These huge turbo and injection pressures wear out the piston rings and all other engine componants such as the pistons and even the crankshaft bearings. With 0.9 tce engine even the gearbox breaks down before 100tkm because of to high pressure on it. A shame because Renault petrol engines used to be very good. The old 1.8 and 2.0 16v engines they were the best. Run over 300tkms without major issues. These Mazda engines are very good too. A collegae of mine who works on Mazda they say they now have the first Skyactive engines who have 200tkm on the clock. No issues with these engines and no engine wear noticeable. Also Honda engines are top notch. Never break down and good for 500tkm and more!
@anfahrt6 жыл бұрын
1.6 dig.t is a Nissan engine. Then your friend with the 0.9 tce is very Lucky. In our shop we had several 0.9 tce's with complete gearbox failure. When we opened them there was a huge amount of metal debris in them. The bearings of these completely worn out before 100tkm. Luckely Renault is going to introduce a replacement for this engine soon. The 1.2 tce has already been replaced by the 1.3 tce which is a common development with Mercedes Benz.
