Whats the purpose of the orange lever on the bottom of the passengers side ? In America cars dont have that

you mean that orange cylinder on front passenger side? it's some kind of emergency flare to show people your position if you've got accident in rural / remote area. standard in all japan cars.

VkRmotorsport You would use the flare in case you got stuck on a railway crossing. Railways are everywhere in Japan.
