I have watched almost all your KZbin videos trying to find a video that would maybe help diagnose my issue with my forklift but I wasn’t able to find anything. I don’t know if you would be willing to help me out. I have a GLP060vx have checked timing, compression cylinder 1 is 165, 2 is 60, 3 is 100 and 4 is 100. At initial crank I have spark for a few revolutions then lose all spark. Any ideas on what this could be would be greatly appreciated. I can’t figure out why it loses spark after 1 or 2 revolutions. It’s the Mazda 2.2l lpg engine

Hey mate, I got myself a 2004 Mazda 323 Astina and recently it has died again and it wont start. No crank or anything. So I'm assuming it was something electrical and I got myself a new battery and it still wont crank or anything. I checked the battery with the voltmeter on both batteries and the old one would constantly drain from 13v and the new one is sort of the same. So could it be something draining the battery? But that also solve the car not starting at all.

If the battery voltage from a new battery drops low on a crank, it is a sign that there is a large current being drawn from the battery while cranking. Make sure your engine is not seized. A starter solenoid with worn contacts would produce the same symptom but would not drop the battery voltage. A shorted starter could also be a possibility.

Air valve vacuum is created above the diaphragm via those holes that were plugged, as the engine pulls in more air, air valve vacuum increases and pulls the diaphragm up, or something like that. #sciencerules !

Yes i know but then what i dont get why does the diaphragm go up under acceleration. Vaccum decrease when throttle wide open

What if I have basically the same issue but it starts and doesn’t rev up? Then dies. Hyster H60xm impco system

I would assume that is does not have an electronic throttle. If this is the case, things I would look into are ignition, fuel and governor.

Mixer on this Yale forklift not serviceable, cannot buy only diaphram, have to buy brand new mixer. Something to do with EPA complient crap.
