Mazda MX-5 Miata (2016+): How to Remove & Install Door Panel to Fix Window Gap - ND ND1 ND2 ND3 RF

I have the same problem from when I was messing around with some interior ambient lighting strip on the driver's side door, I put the door panel back on and there's an awful gap from the glass up by the steering wheel. I pulled off and put it back on twice and couldn't get it to lay flat against the glass like this. Gonna have to go at it again but this time mindful of those "hooks" at the top and that extra plastic panel you pointed out below the window. Thank you!

Sorry to hear you're experiencing the same issues I had been. Take your time and seat the top of the panel first. It should seal up nice and tight for you. Hope the video helps! 👍

@@SeanStettnichs Just came back to say thanks again! I had to replace that entire light strip and this time made sure those top hooks were in before the rest of the panel went on. No more gap at the glass!
