Really helpful video. Great help on how to open the door. We removed the electrical plug and pushed the window track out of the way to get to the rear T20 screw. Made it much easier! Cleaned and lubed it and it works like new!

Before you go through all this, give the latch and the door mechanism a good soaking with WD40. I just did and the latch is working good as new.

don't understand what you saying, is the door closed , front or rear ? what problem are you having ? if not broken , spray lubricant on the mechanism to move the lock metal rod ...
