1 cup organic pigeon peas ( Toor Dal)
1 tbsp garlic
Half tsp Turmeric
Salt to Taste
2 glass of water
1 tbsp Ghee
15-20 Curry Leaves
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
500gm bottle gourd
1 tsp red chilli powder
4 Tomatoes 🍅
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp Ginger
Coriander Leaves 🍃
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
2 tsp garlic
2 tsp cumin
Dry red Chillies
Curry Leaves 🍃
4-5 Green Chillies
