Mazey Day Diesels | Pathfinder and Statesman Railtours to Penzance | Saturday 29th June 2024

51L Productions' current base is in West Cornwall, Very rare does steam venture this far west on the Cornish mainline but Heritage Diesels often come in pairs right down to Penzance, On Saturday 29th June, Two Railtours did just that, they came in the form of
GBRF Class 50's 50007 & 50049 hauling "The Maze Day Cornishman"
and
LSL Class 47's 47810 & 47712 hauling "Mazey Day Statesman"
We decided to see them pass in the local area of Redruth, also included is the fast disappearing HST sets that will soon no longer be apart of our Railway system.
So sit back and enjoy the sights and sounds of these fantastic locomotives in Cornwall.
