Hi Tasos, do you think that very often occured problem with CEL code P2540 comes from dirty filter? As many topics on forums I read and the same in my C63 2009. So I replaced low pressure sensore, oil temperature sensor, purge valve sensor, cap..and still check engine lights on.

Hi Tasos what is the correct gas pressure for a 2007 e63 amg because my is goes up and down 50 to 48.9 and fuel trim at -10.7 bank 2 and bank 1 -7.9. Sometimes blowing smoke out of muffler

The fuel pressure supposed to be from 65 to 70 psi, your car it's 13 years old change the fuel filter unit and check the fuel injectors

Thank you. I was wondering about just replacing the filter itself, not the entire assembly. Can the filter be removed from the assembly? I have no problems on the GL, but I personally have never changed the filter, Dam, ALMOST 200.00 US for a fuel filter. 20.00 US FOR MY NISSAN PATHFINDER.

Hey file ! Today i opened both the pumps and the filter on my 2008ml63 and i testet the pumps with direct voltage and they’re both working and pushing out fine the fuel! But the filter was dirty as fuck! My car started to die right after start! And i was told to check these units! How do i know it’s not the pump or the filter or vice versa? Do the pumps die out slowly or are they like once they break they’ll not work!

@@maximurbanski4398 replaced both pump and filter! The filter has a valve which if loses pressure it won’t feliver fuel or recycling fuel properly!
