Excellent video! I was a lucky three-time loser in the M.A.D.1 raffles, so I have one of those coming this year. I love videos with Max, he’s so interesting and has such good energy. Although I’ll never be able to afford an MB&F, I appreciate what he and his team does, they really enrich the watch industry with their passion and creativity.

Was able to meet Max back in November of 2023 at a private lunch and event. He is such an amazing and humble guy who answered all of my questions and provided the thought logic behind it all. I was such a fan before then but even more so now. I hope that you were able to film more content that is yet to come from MB&F that you will be able to share with us!

There is no doubt that MB&F is one of the most creative and unique brands. However, I believe that one of their projects should be to introduce and encourage people to appreciate mechanical watches. To achieve this, they should design a watch that is more affordable, yet still admired by potential users. Currently, MB&F is a brand that is only known and appreciated by passionate watch enthusiasts. In order to expand their audience, this needs to change.

Alexander, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and again, Happy New Year ( for the Orthodox) and best wishes to all. Interviewing people such as this man about their passions involved in their work, is what i want to see , their more of. The product (watches, cars, bikes, surfboards, etc) is secondary. This man and his outlooks on life are great. His secret is Do Unto Others as You would like to be Done to You. Its your channel, but may i make a sugestion? Please give some thought to an interview ( or interviews) with people such as this man and t h eir staff as well as their team on the way their product csme into being and how they felt at verious stsges until completion? 😊🎉

For all his whacky creativity, he always seems a thoroughly nice, down-to-earth chap! Whenever I see most MB&Fs (and Greubel Forsey) I always think that Breguet misses a trick. And I think that is explained by Max's comment that it can be hard to be a big brand, a name with great responsibility - a prisoner of heritage. Personally, I just wish MB&F could tone down some designs (and their cost) for more everyday expressions of creativity.
