MB200 Header Install

I just bought this header for my son's mb200 mini bike and the header didn't fit. The outlet was pointed at the tire and only a few inches from it. Needless to say the muffler couldn't be installed either. Parts guys said this has happened before. Waiting on a replacement to be shipped. This video is missing the support bracket installation which is recommended and there were no instructions on how to install it?

Hey Studz! What's good with those mb200-2 air shocks your selling? I have a very much modified mb223(😏) and I'm trying to prove a suspension system that works. I'm running the 60t conversion already too. You guys been tossing chains or what? It's not the shocks, it's the awful swing arm design that causes this. That dang pivot point is not meant to drop below a very flat plane and if the bike ain't going up, that arm is going down below that plane with the added suspension height with a really defunct fulcrum. That said, your shocks are slightly shorter. Have you tested with sprocket sizes or moving the axle back as far as you can when adding a new chain to "extend" the swing arm with out actually extending it? I think your shocks with a 54t and axle set at 2/3 pull back on the tensioner slides might work. Kind of a long explanation/question but seriously considering trying them out to show people what works and why with this thing. I'm branching out to new companies on my channel, trying my best to involve all the racers and their concepts to help people build better mini bikes. Let me know your thoughts and if it's something you've had positive results on I will get it on there. I've recommended these shocks to some guys already because I know your on the right track. Not asking for handouts, not my style. I'm on the hunt for results Studz!!

I have tried many Shocks , 280 and 285 mm seem to work best . I haven’t had many issues with chains once upgraded with out DID gold . I have experimented with getting rid of rubber mounts . It has also helped . I currently am making an extended aluminum swingarm for my newest ride . I’ll let you know how it goes

@@MrEricgnx cool. That's why I asked you. I've seen those coleman shock forks and some other products that are super impressive. Minibike Madness turned me onto Studz Racing. I'm learning a lot from the racers and trying my best to keep people in line with modifying these things with professional help. I can do some stuff but I know my limits, with all these headlines from people getting in accidents in the streets it's super important to keep people realistic. We're not all fab guys, engineers or proper test pilots. I'll be sure to get over there and make a purchase so I can get a sticker up and talk about Studz a little. I'm not a handouts kinda guy, I'm all about getting people straightened out with the help they need. Thank you and that swing arm is gonna be sick!!

Can you install the pipe with out upgrade to stage one kit

I was always under the assumption that any time you upgrade the exhaust you have to put a jet and a cone air filter on. Glad to know I don't need to mess with the jets or anything I can just install this

Mini Bike Morgan we always recommend replacing the filter and jets when using a pipe for best performance and response

Swing arm doesn't hit the silencer when the suspension is compressed?

khonky no it clears just fine when compressed . We have tested many hours of off road
