Like how ppl address actors, sportspersons etc. often with their first names without using sir or ma'am suffixes but it's still respectful as if talking in Hindi they'll use "aap" , "hain" etc. respectful words. Just in English you can't see it but it can still be respectful enough or not depending on the sentence and way of speaking- which you can't see here!

I am traumatised after I worked at AIIMS Rajkot as a Research Assistant for just a month and I still can’t recover the trauma they gave me. I was hired for the project ‘Nutritional assessment of Anemia’ and I had to work for unreasonable hours and yet I was manipulated to think that I am a crazy person. Dr. Krupal Joshi and Dr. Ashwini Aggarwal were the investigators of this project and they were the reason I had to quit. I lost my motivation, I was burnt out and completely restless. I want to create awareness on this issue as much as possible. I lost all my respect for doctors, they always wanted to be doctor but never a human being. Promoting equality at work is so important.
