The silicon hydrogel (contact lens) become hard bcz of the heat of your body or any heat makes the contact lens harder to use and it will start irritating your eyes , even if you use contact lens while cooking or doing something near the heat it will decrease the life of the contact lenses , there is a limited period for the use of the contact lenses, at the sleeping time there is no any use of them and at that time bcz of the body heat the life of the contact lenses will be decreased . Ex . If the period of the lens use is one month it will be decreased to 23-25 , after that the lens will become hard and it will start irritating to your eyes .
