My dad was pushed by a co-worker at his job really hard where he hit his head on the concrete floor and caused him brain bleed and he died I'm having a hard time creating a lawsuit other than workers comp.

This is great video--thanks. You need to swap the word "Defendant" to "Plaintiff" in (1). The only comment I have is that at approx 13:20 when you start the slide on "Assault"...your definition reads (and you say), "Defendant in reasonable apprehension." I believe that the correct definition should be something as, "An act by the defendant creating a reasonable apprehension in PLAINTIFF of immediate harmful or offensive contact to plaintiff's person." Bottomline, change the word Defendant to Plaintiff in (1).

That was misrepresented as Elective Surgery 10/12/2012. B. False Imprisonment @Wellstar LTAC WINDY, Golden Living Rehab, Piedmont, WSAMCS and Select Specialty LTAC etc.

Mom and my money was manipulated and Fleeced , groomed by Apostle Bala Abraham and Prophetess Helena Vaughan.
