The presenter (name?) is the developer of the amazing "My PG&E Toolkit" app, which accesses and analyzes your PG&E usage data. In this talk, he compares various PG&E rate plans. This is especially interesting for electric vehicle and/or solar panel owners. Given the title of the video, it appears that this talk was given to the Monterey Bay Electric Vehicle Alliance. His comparison of the E-6 and EV rate plans is especially thoughtful. The upshot seems to be: if you generate a lot of power, stay on E-6, if you use a lot of EV power, get on EV-A (one meter) or EV-B (second meter for EV)
