Hey NdiliTechnologies. I have purchased this very same boat. I changed the name from "Bean" to Knotty Snoopy. I am new to sailing and love the way you set up the Sunfish sail and freestanding mass. It is easy to set up. My only fear is the dual shallow keels. I sail it in San Diego Bay. I am learning the ways of sailing via this fun boat. Any advice on handling it with the shallow draft and flat bottom? Should I fear putting it in a bay with some 2 -3 foot swells that occur every now and then?

Congrats on your acquisition! The Swifty is a great sailboat and pocket cruiser. The shoal twin keels are actually an advantage especially in protected bays. I would suggest to practice reefing and build your comfort level over time.

Thank you for an exceptional video. One of the very best sailing videos we have seen. We are at present looking for a NC43 ourselves and came across this soothing, informative, wonderful video. Great way to show sailing at it's very best. No speak and voice over, just images and relaxing music. Also a super song by Frank Edwards, On Eagles Wing. Also impressed with this version of the NC43 - teak decks perhaps removed? Love the non skid colour too. Looks like the main boom has been raised also and the mainsheet traveler has been moved? Must mean smaller main? Just a great looking boat. Again thank you for your contribution // Mille and Chris from Denmark.
