രണ്ടാമൂഴത്തിനെതിരെ ശ്രീവേദവ്യാസൻ എം. ടി യുടെ പേരിൽ കേസ് എടുത്തേനെ. അത്രയും വൃത്തികേടാക്കി. പുസ്തകം വിറ്റുപോകുന്നത് അതിന്റെ സ്വീകാര്യത യുടെ തെളിവല്ല. അതിലെ അഭിപ്രായങ്ങളോടുളള യോചിപ്പുമല്ല. ഒരു പക്ഷേ പുസ്തകത്തിന്റെ ഒരു തലയിലെഴുത്തായിരിക്കും. മഹാഭാരതത്തിലെ ശ്രേഷ്ഠമായ കഥാപാത്രങ്ങളെ ചാപല്യമുളള വെറും മനുഷ്യനായി - എം. ടി യുടെ നിലവാരത്തിലുളള മനുഷ്യനായി തരംതാഴ്ത്തി.
