I just rewatched the whole video over and cant believe that 8 years I was talking about replacing RFESS with One Leg Squat and it took 6 more years to implement that idea. 🙄

bro, sb paid 900 dollars to buy the cfsc LEVEL 1 course seeing these videos, now it pops up like a charity, what is this about? 900 dollars paid for a certificate approval ???

Mike, would you put the massage gun in the same category as doing the foam roller?

Hi Mike just a question about skill transfer. What is the point of all these ballistic movements when there is no evidence that they actually transfer to sport? The only thing that transfers is strength so would basic strengthening exercises not be far more effective and safer?
